Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original box with tags
  • Free size-exchange (1x per order) — no return shipping fee
  • Refund-to-original-payment returns: customer pays return shipping, or $X flat rate deducted
  • Final sale: clearance items marked "Final Sale," worn/damaged-by-use shoes

Refund Timeline

  • Processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Funds appear in 5–10 business days depending on bank

How to Start a Return

  • Email/contact form + order number → we send prepaid label or instructions

Damaged/Wrong Item

  • Full refund or free replacement, no return shipping cost to customer
